This tent is probably my favorite when it comes to hiking. I have at least 30 nights in it overall and it held up well to a variety of weather conditions. I usually take it over a couple of more expensive tents I have at home because the weight is perfect for a backpack trip. I think two people would be uncomfortably cramped but the size is great for one person with room left for the pack. The air movement in the summer is unsurpassed due to the full mesh roof. My only complaint is the rods, they are a about a foot longer than the folded tent when packed. If they would have made the rods shorter by using 4 pieces instead of 3 it would be much more compact to pack.

In the end, great value for the money. It is not a $200 expedition tent but it offers plenty for the price.

My clips have held up fine but the potential for breakage doesn't really concern me. Even if they do break in the field you can affix a loop with a small piece of cord that does the job because the plastic clips are attached to sewn nylon webbing tabs. The key ring fix others have mentioned also sounds like a good fix.
